1. When will the product ship?

Product will ship by April 30th 2024.

2. What colors are available?

We are currently offering an Amber jar. In the future we plan on offering white, gray, and black jars, as well as an assortment of lid choices including stainless steel and bamboo.

3. Can you order a jar without a sentiment?

Yes, you can.

4. What type of wax do you use?

We use a beeswax/soy blend.

5. What are the lid and bottom made of?

They are made from bamboo..

6. Where is the product produced?

Our products are manufactured in China.

8. Will there be special wholesale pricing for retailers?

Yes, there will be. Please contact us for pricing.

9. Do you ship outside of the US?

We ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. We also ship wholesale orders and orders of 24 units or more to the US, Canada, and Europe.

10. How will you know what jar and fragrances to send me?

We will contact you for your preferences about 6 weeks prior to shipment.

11. How long do the candles last?

Our standard 3-wick candle featured in this Kickstarter will burn for 70 – 80 hours.

12. How long can I burn the candle each time I light it?

One to four hours is recommended for even burning.

13. Are the candles pet friendly?

We have researched scents that can be problematic to pets and will be avoiding those scents.

14. Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, it is.

15. Are scented candles safe?

Yes, the fragrances approved for candle usage – whether synthesized or “natural” – do not release toxic chemicals.

16. Are scented candles triggers for allergies or asthma?

According to the National Candle Association, “it is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in a very small percentage of sensitive individuals. Individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid candles of those scents. In addition, consumers should remember to burn all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area.”

17. Is candle soot harmful?

Not according to the National Candle Association: “The minuscule amount of soot produced by a candle is the natural byproduct of incomplete combustion. The production of candle soot can also be minimized in the following ways:  Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every use to promote proper flame height, place the candle away from drafty areas to avoid flame flickering, and ensure that the wax pool is free of debris.”
